  Customer Service Specialist  
  Provide application support for customers and other inter-departmental groups. Perform bug verifications, release testing and beta support for assigned products. Establish rapport with the customer and build confidence in the product. Troubleshoot potential problems and rectify existing problems.  
 
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IBM compatible PCs and peripherals
Good understanding of operating systems
Excellent customer service
Prior phone support or equivalent experience
Superior communication skills
 
     
  Software Engineer  
  Will work on creating new software or incorporating new functionality and advanced features into existing software.  
 
Qualifications
Development in Win32/NT
VB, HTML, ASP, IIS, MTS/COM+ and/or MSMQ exp..
N-tier client/server design & implementation
Full software development cycle exp..
